This month's Mom's Night is hosted by Erin Martin.  She has organized a cross fit workout with her husband, Jay at the gym across from the Bear's Den at 1:00 PM.  It can be modified to accommodate all levels of participation.  Please contact Bluesette Campbell to RSVP.
